How do the zone-change notifications work?+
Every time your weekly scan detects that your score has crossed a zone boundary — either upward or downward — you receive an immediate notification. Moving up triggers a celebration message. Moving down triggers an alert with the specific cause and a quick fix. If your score ever enters the Critical zone (0–39), you receive an urgent email regardless of your other notification settings — it's your safety net and cannot be disabled.
