1. The service
Abisky.ai provides an AI search visibility scanning service that analyzes how local businesses appear across AI engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. We provide diagnostic reports, visibility scores, and fix plans based on real queries run across these platforms.
The scores and reports generated by Abisky.ai accurately reflect your current AI visibility based on real queries executed across the AI engines at the time of each scan. Abisky.ai does not control the ranking algorithms of ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, or Grok — those are determined solely by each platform. Following our fix plan improves your visibility, but specific ranking positions depend on factors outside our control, including algorithm updates by third-party AI providers.
Abisky.ai continuously monitors and adapts to the evolving AI landscape to give you the most accurate and up-to-date visibility reports possible.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at help@abisky.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person or business. You may not share accounts or use the service on behalf of others without a Partner Program agreement.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Abisky.ai offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan). Recurring charges will continue until you cancel.
- 7-day free trial: no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe or access reverts to the Free plan.
- Founding member pricing: if you subscribed during our founding member period, your monthly price ($19/mo) is locked for 24 months from your subscription date. Your annual price ($190/yr) is locked for 12 months. We will give you 60 days notice before any price change.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months or partial years.
- Refunds: we do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. Contact help@abisky.ai within 7 days of a charge if you believe there was an error.
- Recurring charges: by providing your payment method, you authorize Abisky.ai to charge you automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Abisky.ai to scan businesses you do not own or have authorization to represent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our scanning methodology, scoring formulas, or AI prompts
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials or partner codes beyond their authorized use
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use
5. Intellectual property
All content, algorithms, scoring formulas, prompts, designs, and code that make up the Abisky.ai service are the exclusive intellectual property of Abisky. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without written permission.
Your business data (name, city, category, scan results) remains yours. We use it only to provide the service.
6. Third-party services
Abisky.ai integrates with leading AI platforms including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Perplexity AI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and xAI (Grok) to perform comprehensive visibility scans. Our team continuously monitors these integrations to ensure the highest quality results. As these are independent platforms, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific third-party service, and we are not responsible for changes these platforms make to their own systems.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abisky.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Abisky.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific AI visibility results will be achieved.
9. Partner program
Partners who purchase wholesale report credits agree to use those credits only for legitimate business clients they represent. Partner codes may not be resold, transferred, or shared outside of normal business use. Codes expire 45 days from purchase.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting help@abisky.ai.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Conditions of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Cuentas

3. Suscripciones y pagos
- Prueba de 7 días: sin tarjeta de crédito. Al finalizar, debes suscribirte o el acceso vuelve al plan gratuito.
- Precio de miembro fundador: si te suscribiste durante el período fundador, tu precio mensual ($19/mes) queda bloqueado por 24 meses. Tu precio anual ($190/año) queda bloqueado por 12 meses. Te avisamos con 60 días de anticipación antes de cualquier cambio.
- Cancelación: puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde tu panel. Sin reembolsos por meses o años parciales.
- Cargos recurrentes: al proporcionar tu método de pago, autorizas a Abisky.ai a cobrarte automáticamente al inicio de cada período de facturación hasta que canceles.

4. Uso aceptable
Aceptas no usar Abisky.ai para escanear negocios que no posees o no tienes autorización para representar, ni intentar extraer o reproducir nuestra metodología de escaneo, fórmulas de puntaje o prompts de IA.
5. Propiedad intelectual
Todos los algoritmos, fórmulas, prompts, diseños y código de Abisky.ai son propiedad intelectual exclusiva de Abisky.ai. Tus datos de negocio permanecen tuyos — los usamos solo para proveer el servicio.
6. Servicios de terceros

7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Abisky.ai no es responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total está limitada al monto que nos pagaste en los 3 meses anteriores al reclamo.
8. Renuncia de garantías
Abisky.ai se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que el servicio sea ininterrumpido, libre de errores, ni que se alcancen resultados específicos de visibilidad en IA.
9. Programa de socios
Los socios que compren créditos de reporte mayoristas aceptan usarlos solo para clientes legítimos que representan. Los códigos de socio no pueden revenderse ni transferirse fuera del uso normal de negocio. Los códigos vencen a los 45 días de la compra.
10. Rescisión
Podemos suspender o terminar tu cuenta si violas estos términos. Puedes terminar tu cuenta cancelando tu suscripción y contactando help@abisky.ai.
11. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Wyoming, Estados Unidos.
12. Cambios a estos términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Te notificaremos por email con al menos 30 días de anticipación sobre cambios materiales.
